WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Responsible for all daily operations of the complex
- Advertise and show vacant properties to prospective tenants
- Process applications and negotiate leases and rental rates
- Establish and enforce property rules
- Ensure buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Establish maintenance and staff schedules
- Hire, train, and monitor staff
- Collect or adjust rent and security deposits and keep track of tenant accounts
- Respond to resident requests and complaints
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks
- $62,000-70,000 per year, DOE
- Paid time off (PTO)

- Must be very organized – follow the systems in place and you will be successful
- Able to run an office – take ownership of the role and property

- Must be trustworthy
